Yesterday was Leo's 20 month birthday, can you believe it? He's changed in so many ways and at the same time he's still our little baby that we cuddle in our arms every night. He's really been enjoying saying uh-oh and bapple lately and is climbing on all of the furniture. So half the time we're admiring how adorable he is and half the time we're on the verge of a heart attack :) We enjoyed some time together this weekend at a nearby working farm/park designed for toddlers. Leo had a blast on the play structure, loved the size and "realness" of the farm equipment, and was awed by the animals roaming around. I love watching him experience new situations. He was cautious at first but warmed up to the animals, except when the rooster started cockadoodledooing - then he was attached to us like glue. We didn't mind :) 20 months in the world, 15 months in hearts, 7 months in our home, and a million reasons to be grateful for our wonderful little boy every day.
This blog chronicles our adoption journey, our union with our beautiful son, Leo, and the "happily every after" we are in the process of enjoying right now!

Great pictures! Real farm machinery and all the farm animals, looks like you all had a good time.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see Leo enjoyed himself. He's still a baby to me.
