Cold Spring Days ... for California!

This is the nicest day we've had recently. Leo took full advantage :)

All of us here in northern California have been impatiently wondering (loudly) where spring is. You know, it's in the sixties with some drizzle and to us that's like deep winter. Nevertheless, Leo has managed to have lots of fun and continues to astound us (and charm us) with all of his strides. Most exciting of all, Leo began pronouncing his name properly "Leeeee-oh." Previously, he would say "Leh-oh" because he couldn't do the long E sound. Then I was changing his diaper the other morning and out of his mouth, "Leo." Wah-lah :) Enjoy these highlights of our spring so far.

Leo decided to use my cotton squares for make-up as beds for his duckies.
I had to commend his innovation and caring!

Bubble baths with Daddy are a blast!

Memorial Day managed to be pretty spring -like and we enjoyed a tasty bbq.
Leo is ready to eat!

When it rains, a fun indoor activity is sharing gummy worms with Daddy.

Yes, hats in spring in California. Somehow we'll survive it.

The cutest son in the west, if you ask me (and, hey, this is my blog).
